The sun in july and august is brutal, not to mention the monsoons that rip through the valley. The monsoon rains are hard & heavy and some rain goes through the canopy. Has held up well even on windy days.

All else is good but the center had some wrinkles that wont go away its been over two weeks outside i did re stretch it once but still looks like this not a huge deal but i was asked once already by a friend

I found these umbrella pole holders that clamp to your deck posts and then got 4 steel poles at home depot and some cheap pipe clamps to tie the strings to

The poles need to be thick steel so they dont bend you will apply a ton of tension to them to ensure your sail doesnt bow

These were a replacement for another set so all the attachments points are already installed and they sag three are a pita to put up by myself so i didnt want to take them down fold them up ship back reorder and put them back up
