Pros & Cons
Pros
These are round lacquered natural wood pencils. The pencils come snugly set in their trays (no rattling around or broken points) these are good pencils for coloring.
Good quality. Not scratchy at all. Lovely packaging. They store nicely back in the box.
Better than crayola, but mot quite as good as prisma.
Cons
The color lead keeps breaking as soon as you sharpen them. Even when i sharpen the led falls inward. They break while using and sharpening. They are not soft and crumble when sharpened.
Many colors are so close in likeness that there is no visible difference between them. If you can't sharpen your colored pencils, they are of no earthly use to you.
These are a step down- more like rose art if anyone remembers that brand. The coverage is spotty and not smooth. This set is just a nightmare.
Highlights
Quality
She was pleased with the selection of colors
She was delighted to receive it and found that the pencils worked well with the coloring books i also sent
Price
For the price you really cant beat these pencils
Packaging/appearance
The packaging is nice but it’s hard to get the sharpener out and it’s not good if you want to easily see every color
Competitiveness
They are just lighter than prismacolor or faber castell

See attached picture for swatch chart the color chart on the back of the tin is not that useful since the tin is a dark bluegray and three blending squares

Look it over to see if these are the colors you would be interested in

For example if you are interested in grays there are only three four if you add in the metallic silver

I would not call them 34artists34 or 34professional34 pencils because there is no light fastness information

Also the some of the names are not that descriptive
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
For example sky blue is a lot darker than deep sky blue
