The only thing i didnt love is that they dont have a program to recycle your old cartridges but im guessing that for the price its not feasible

I got the incompatibility message as happens with any nonhp product responded to it and the message did not reappear

When i first installed it i was able to print a self diagnosis page pressing the x button until it printed but was not able to print on the network even though the printer was visible there

Downloading hp diagnostic software it determined that the cartridge was not oem

The first cartridge i received had and issue with the black writing having a faded splotchy look
