I didnt buy these for pain relief so cant comment on that and the touch screen question is a definite not good

The copper bands across the palm part of glove get in way of finger touching screen

If you move or angle your finger away from the copper bands then you can get a slight and annoying touch screen response

The gloves look great with black design you can easily griphold on to your phone but typing or scrolling is impossible with the gloves on but you can startstop the phones stopwatch if the stopwatch app is already up

I let them know about my sizing issue that the large just didnt fit right i would like to exchange to the xl and pay any additional fees due to sizingrestocking

For typing i have to push down the fingers tight but it does work

I suffer from raynauds and they have been a great help but like i said it’s not made for touch screens
