The subtleties between the red 4 and red 8 were really difficult to tell and though i kept their packages with matching codes it was sometimes impossible to tell the difference of hue in most spots

Most canvases come rolled and you are left to either leave them flattened overnight or unpeeled the paper and restick it so it lays flat
