The drawers and unit itself are not flimsy. Each drawer comfortably holds 30 of that size for me. Drawers slide smoothly.

I have this pace saver that allows me to find exactly what i need. I have it in my craft room, so i didn't want that industrial black mechanic look in there. I highly recommend it for anyone who crafts!
The 30 drawer dividers are made by autumn something. A large plastic tub under the table holds the legos that i haven't gotten to yet.
Cons
I think this sellers dividers are way overpriced. Please send the drawer that was left out. V dry thin plastic, cheap looking compartments to small to be useful.

The only issue i find is that the material it is made from begins to sag and deform if you add any substantial amount of weight in it i would say anything more than 2 lbs
