Pros

Sturdy, easy to lock and unlock. Feels really sturdy. They all come in many configurations from undivided to divided with fixed or with removable partitions.

This case holds a 9x12 sketch book and plenty of other art supplies. It floats inside so the paint is not disturbed if it's wet. Bought to keep hair coloring tools in for easier storage and transporting.

The case is sturdily built, with not one but two latches on the front. But there’s probably 4 inches of space between the top and bottom of this case. Case latches so that nothing falls out, is clear so i can quickly check contents.

Cons

It has to be aligned correctly. After a day of use, the cracks spread on both hinge areas.
