Pros

Loved this book immensely. Written in a very sensible manner and in a humble manner. It talks about being compassionate, honest, free from greed, anger and jealousy.

Love is the universal language which connects us all. It touches different aspects of our life along with the different emotion,good as well as bad. The purpose of your life is to seek happiness and that lies in compassion.

Cons

This book is very overrated. It is not dalai lama's writing,but his answers to an american psychiatrist about happiness. Quality of the printed material is worst!
