Pros

The case is beautiful wood-grain and lays flat when opened - perfect. The box holds up nicely and they call them their briefcases. Was packaged well for shipping.

Good set for younger child. Good for church donation for children’s christmas gifts, one for a christmas gift as a shriners hospital donation, two for grandchildren. Amazon sells a variety of items for little children to older children.

The micro pigment pencils are water and fade proof as there was no smudging at all. The pens have a nice brush * making it easy to stay within the lines. If a dark heavy application is desired, minimal bleed through is possible.

Cons

The crayons that we've used are all very waxy and don't produce a smooth, pretty surface. Pastels are dreadful. Watercolor have no color.

Btw 5 of the pieces are paper clips and one is apparently the hunk of scotch tape to hold them in the divet
