Came quick thickens up sauces great works well as a thickening agent
It is fabulous and works so well as i am gluten intolerant and cannot use the regular corn starch or flour which is pure glutin and this arrowroot works just as good if not better and tastes great makes great gravy and thickens soups like never before plus it is healthy
