Arrowroot comes in a reusable zip top mylar bag. Clean and pure tasting quality. No odor. Pricing like everything else is a bit high.

Arrowroot is perfect for thickening sauces, soups, and anything else. Much better than corn starch. Perfect for baking and in gravy's.

Cons

It is not safe to consume this arrowroot powder from this company. Labeled as organic but no usda organic certification? These are not 2 lb bags, they are about 800g.
