Pros
Love this flour for baking pies and breads etc. Makes delicious bread/pita/pizza. I also use it for biscuits and anything else that calls for flour.
No added or unwanted ingredients. Brans and germs can always be added back in when needed for added nutrients. Every ingredient comes out so good with this flour.
Cons
The flour is fine but the sealant at the top of the bags is defective. Looks like it was stored close to a soap or some detergent. Expires in less than a month.

Great value less expensive than some other organic flours
It can be very expensive at times for no reason
87 yet today anazon raised the price to 13

Was surprised when the package was here several days before it was promised

Same as for so many others my flour package was not sealed closed when i got it and some of the flour was in the box it came in
My only issue was the package looked very beat up

Theirs is a bit less smooth soft less mild in flavorsmell definitely more 34wheaty34 as compared to arrowhead mills
By now it should be in major grocers across the country competing with store brands other major brands

I cant really rate the flavor as all the sourdough starter i had got moldy after 5 days of feeding them with this brand

Day 5 in the morning 23 of my starter cultures had grown a lot of fuzzy balls floating in the hooch

Prosavailable on freshi get to start over again i know to stay away from this brandconscant use with mature sourdough starter to make more starter gets super moldy after 5 days23 times as expensive as it should becan only be used in the final process before baking
