Internet connectivity drops all of a sudden. Only way possible to restore internet connectivity is to restart the g36 manually. Randomly looses connection and have to reset.
This arris g34 modem/router is substandard at best. Do not buy this modem, it has a known defect regarding intel puma chipset. It's not worth my aggravation to deal with dropped calls, spotty internet, and overall cheap * from china.
Really a bummer, what a waste of time. A total disappointment.
Wifi coverage is pathetic. Not even close to the advertised 2,800 sq ft range.
The interface through web and their app is terrible. The web interface is not compatible with current browser the version it is compatible with is super old.
