Pros

The heating areas get nice and warm! The temp adjustments, located on the left chest of the vest are easy to make and the visual color coding for the temp settings made is not unattractive. Arris has my vote as a super company with a big heart as they... Read More

The battery is a little heavy but it's a small price to pay. It is very soft material on the inside and on outside it looks like a regular vest but not hard cloth-a cloth that if u were to spill something on it you could just wipe it off no problem.

The neck warmer alone is awesome! The lower back warmer is great. It keeps me warm out in my uninsulated workshop! It’s a wearable heating pad.

On the medium setting, the battery life is vastly increased to approx 7-8 hours. On med about 8. Now my vest lasts 5 hours on medium heat!

Cons

Charged for 8 hrs and it only last 2. Not sure what to do now, but to send it back. It frequently shuts off. Unable to zip it anymore.

Not sure if it's safe to continue wearing it. Not really going to keep you warm in real outdoor cold, or even at a outdoor stadium.
