Customer service was amazing, emailed them on a sunday, had the discount code for extra batteries on the monday. Comes with a charger and storage bag. Charging is slow but there is availability to buy an additional battery.

It's very comfortable to wear indoors and outdoors. It’s also very discreet, fitting under clothing so can be used when out and about - much needed!
