Not sure if this is returnable. It says this is not returnable on amazon website. That's false advertising and i am requesting a refund. This order (of 12 cartons) all looks like this.

Ive purchased it from several different sellers and depending on each it can sometimes arrive separated and very clumpy not a good sign because it means its been sitting around a long time or has been exposed to extreme temperature changes

It’s a mix of semi solid and liquid product which will not blend no matter how much you shake the box

I usually buy coconut milk not cream for coffeeyou have to be careful with pricing because a lot of sellers and prices vary

I also don’t know what they do so that it does not fully separate or harden in the frig like others but at this point i don’t care
