Pros

It takes a few days for soaking and cooking and is better day after at room temperature so i make it ahead. Yes, they look dried and wrinkled but during the cooking process that appearance dissipates and they develop and wonderful texture and flavor.

Cons

Dried lima bean. Not good quality. Tastes like any dried lima bean, expiration date is months away.
