Pros

The product is great. It also really relaxes me. The essential oils you get with it are great as well and it come with a little foldable that tells you what each oil is good for. This makes the perfect housewarming gift!

The light colors are beautiful and the fragrance from the diffuser brings a lovely fragrance. Fits into any decor.

Easy to use, not overpowering. One has to use quite a bit of the oil to achieve the desired effect.

Best for bedroom or office. Using in office cubicle. Most are very strong. Important when used near electronics!

Cons

The plug keeps popping out the back of the diffuser. I have to duct tape it down after refilling it or it won't turn on. Customer service is terrible.
