Pros
Je suis impressionné par cet article. It's so comfortable and soft and has the right heat settings. It has a nice mild lavender scent.
The unit produces a generous amount of heat and the heating element is removable for easy cleaning. The only caveat is that the slit to remove and insert heating unit/herb pack is quite small, so it's not as user friendly as the rest of it.
Cons
The cord stopped working unless you move it around it will not stay on. I’m quite disappointed since it is very convenient to use and heats up to a good temperature. Only got about 4.

It does help if you put a bit of pressure on the mask while in use but if you’re buying it for the same reason as me i’d maybe look for something else
