Cons
Mask very stiff, need to press it into eyes manually to benefit from heat. After using for few weeks, my eyes are dryer than ever. I plug it to charge and the light to show it is charging disappears after 5 seconds.

Once i saw this new one and saw the upgraded features such as removable cover and wireless rechargeable battery i wanted the upgrade too bad it never seems to go on sale so paid full price after watching for a while
