Pros

Non stick surface makes it easy to clean. Heats up very quickly. The heat distributes evenly.

Amazing cooker for grilling of any kind and chinese hot pot. Everything coming from it tastes like a slice of heaven. Great for steaks,chops burgers and reuben sandwiches.

Cons

Not safe for food products. It creates black marks on my surfaces. Black dust comes off the cooking surface after cleaning if you run a clean paper towel over it.
