Pros

Comfortable anf do the trick for easing my heal pain. It is much better than the donut holes i was using before. My heal feels great.

The are great. But, functionally, they work fine. Don't regret this purchase at all. I would recommend them to people who have similar issues like this.

Cons

They provide lift, but zero comfort. There was little to no adhesion, no pain relief, certainly no comfort. Already returned for refund. Don't want a refund.

Annoying. It collects sock fuzz that i have to peel off before i use them the next day. A lifetime of walking has worn them down, i assume. Certainly couldn't reuse them next day as the sticky stuff was gone.
