Pros

Used a 2 gallon sprayer to apply on a flagstone deck. Sealer is super easy to apply with a pump pressure sprayer as instructed. I apply it to my concrete driveway every fall and there is no element damage.

Great product, easy to use. Recommend the application area is well vented. A little pricey but well worth the money.

Cons

Don't use on fired bullnose coping around a pool. Had to remove it with solvent- tried again, same results.
