This is unacceptable. The box that it came in was ripped and covered in scratches and white dust. This is not great as it was supposed to be given as a gift!

Watch has kept good time and has not shown any signs of exterior wear so far but the whitecoloured leather underneath the strap has started to discolour after taking the watch on and off several times
