Pros
These cameras are worth every penny. Would recommend these cameras for any monitoring situation.
Takes only a couple minutes to sync up. I small delay is the only little downside.
Cons
The camera blows through cr123 batteries like they're candy. My husband spends more time taking these * cameras off and leaving them charging than the cameras actually working.
Arlo's customer service is downright awful. I am greatly displeased by this as this was a significant investment. Don’t waste your monet.
The live feed sometimes takes a minutes to connect and trying to use the two way audio feature is difficult given the long latency. There is no record of when the system was armed/disarmed, on/off line, system events, etc. It just blurs out the alread... Read More
The pro 2 is superior to the original arlo, but unfortunately this one has a defective charging port and will not charge with a solar panel or ac. Now it drains battery in 1 day. Those batteries fail often as well, and have to be scrapped.

Camera works as stated, was in very good condition, picture quality is great.
Arlo has been doing more regular updates to help with the app.

The pictures are clear and the price is reasonable.
Competitiveness
These arlos synced with base station with no problem & have been very reliable.
And even though now longer made, this model costs significantly more than competitors.
I purchased a used arlo pro2 add-on camera.

The battery life does really well and the range of motion sensitivity is both good and bad.

If it is angled in a certain direction you can have the camera go off 3-4 hundred times in a day.

This system allows you to have five cameras you can speak back to the people that you see on your property and you can hear them to detects motion and some of the cameras actually have an activity zone when you can control what is picked up it’s amazing
