Pros

Easy to install and effortless raising and lowering. Easy to use snd very affordable. It raises and lowers easily, was easy to install, and the fabric is smooth and beautiful.

Redoing my master bathroom and purchased this shade in navy. My first roman shade ever. These are better quality and work better than the expensive custom retractable blinds we had in a previous home.

The shade arrived and all is right with the world

That was on monday 2 days later i received a pkg from them with 4 mounting brackets

I immediately emailed the seller and within 15 mins they got back to me and said they would have one in the mail

The company promptly shipped me out a new bracket at no cost to me

Packaging/appearance

Not the problem of the seller but when my 3 shades arrived one of the boxes was opened at both ends and the one shade was gone

These are beautiful shades and were hardly wrinkled coming out of the package
