Cons

Box is a bit flimsy which is ok for the money you pay, but locking mechanism is pretty worthless. The lid is warped already, the latch inside is about to break off which will require installing a padlock hasp on it.

Very happy with this arksen 39” tool box except for the keys

There was some quality issues and damage that didnt happen during shipping

The tool box had a small dent on the side other than that great product

As others have said it does have shipping issues mine only had one dent and i fixed it quickly with a hammer and screwdriver

The box is very lightweight and there was zero damage in shipping

It did get a small ding in handling but the shipping box was gouged as well

The packaging seemed to be adequate with metalcardboard supports in the corners both top and bottom of the product

The packaging seems vastly improved based on other reviews i read

The struts for the lid is a nice feature but they restrict the usuable space inside the box to store longer equipment
