Pros
I love the support they provide and i just feel sexier wearing them. I like wearing them in the summer as it provides a more cool attire. I overheat all the time, and these stayed cool.
The waist measurement is pretty accurate, though the pouch is tad snug if you might be well endowed. These fit perfectly and my girlfriend loves them. They’re awesome for workouts to stay cool especially when paired with moisture-wicking shorts.
Cons
These are much too small in the pouch. Straps were frayed, too large and provides no support or lift to the buttocks.

U can ware it by itself with the packer or put some boxers on over top too if u have issues waring a harness like i do

I did send them back because having to constantly readjust my pants was annoying but again not sure if this was a me thing or common with wearing jockstraps
