It has good quality; the padding is thick, and the plastic is hard. Good for protecting children. The gear is well-made and protective plastic seems to be good quality.
Cons
The thin, floppy plastic on the wrist guard is a deal breaker. The velcro straps are inconsistent, but what is infuriating is one of the pieces velcro is on the bottom of the strap instead of the top.

I see the previous review did not clarify who was responsible for the missing parts so the review has been updated to make it clear it was not the manufacturers fault
