Im not sure if i read all the description but the back lights up when working and after it has allowed a little soap to come through it plays a chime this can be switched off

You can get the correct amount if you timed moving your hand away after getting the right amount of soap on your hand

Got some hand wash placed it inside the top as instructed added the batteries which are not applied aaa
