Pros
It's very roomy inside! It has way more room than i anticipated. The broad sponged straps make it comfortable on her shoulders as well. The depth is great and allowed me to fit my coach's board in easily.
Cons
The top grab handle is so stiff and sewn into the shoulder straps and rubs your neck. The fabric of the straps scratches my back, neck and shoulders beyond bearable.

However when i went to put in my paddleboard one of the seams of the inside of the bag ripped very quickly
