I thought this book was a really engaging and useful readnegative reviewers seem to base a lot of their complaints on the accuracy of whats being done at google today but i agree with those who say that this is not quiet the pointthe author shows readers how to think about certain questions covers a lot of great history about the interview process and how it has evolved and gives good advice whether you want to be a programmer at google or work elsewhere
