I thought this book was a really engaging and useful read--negative reviewers seem to base a lot of their complaints on the accuracy of what's being done at google today, but i agree with those who say that this is not quiet the point--the author shows readers how to think about certain questions, covers a lot of great history about the interview process and how it has evolved, and gives good advice, whether you want to be a programmer at google or work elsewhere.
