This is most likely because the heat generated by the board is warming up the sensor

Also humidity measurement was a lot lower perhaps due to same reason but i am not sure

You may need to calibrate temperature and humidity measurements and offsets to your program

I did not look at how precise all other sensors were because those are more difficult to notice obviously

Remember to download the “arduino mbedbased” board in the ide tools board manager to get the correct library installed for the board
