Pros

Overall sturdiness is acceptable and we're happy with our purchase. The 8 mattress is comfortable and i was able to find a cover that fit well. Attractive, comfortable and sturdy futon.

The instructions are well written with pretty good illustrations. One note is that the instructions are generic for several models and some pieces may not look exactly as portrayed.

Looks very intimidating but its not. It sits up and lays down with ease. Great for lounging, reading or taking a nap during the day. Could be smoother.

Cons

The cover is a joke. The mattress fill is lumpy and uneven and when you open the zipper it's disgusting to look at. It looks like shredded cardboard. The matress is terrible.

Nice futon took about a hour to put the base together and then the frame was only about a half hour

After 2 months it is not any better

Was looking at cheap models at first then decided to spend a few dollars and glad i did

For the price its a good futon for a spare room where the occasional guest might stay

Even though i made an error in measuring they still refunded my purchase price

Delivery was on point and customer service was prompt

Both arrived very early into the estimated arrive time

Also the mattress arrived separately from the frame on a different day

So when i got the alert my futon was delivered

I believe the ad said the mattress was 8in thick when i received it fluffed it up and put on the frame is was more like 45in thick
