Pros
It's very lightweight and it's kept me dry during the rainy days we've had. Fit loose enough to fit his backpack underneath and not have it get soaked. Great lightweight rain jacket / wind breaker for the summer.
The cuffs are elastic and have a velcro strap to make them snug. Sleeves are long but expected that for 4xl. The cuff is velcro adjustable.
It has a lot of features. Easier than a poncho, and way tougher than thin plastic bags. This is a handy jacket. Bought for summer travel for my teen son.
The material is a tightly woven nylon with a waterproof backing for extra waterproofing. It has a 100% polyester interior lining and a vent along the back.
It also has a rollup hoodie that can be stored in the velcro closured collar. I like that i can tuck away the hood in the collar and the collar is comfortable.

Unfortunately the second coat had the ever so important zipper that was jammed and never worked
This jacket is advertised as waterresistant not waterproof
Price
For the price you cannot beat this jacket
Definitely would recommend for the spring summer especially for such a reasonable price
Should of been like a 100 dollar something jacket

The best feature it folds into one of the pockets for easy packing
This is a great rain jacket very packable and lightweight
Not returning but expected packaging to give directions for the best way to do this maneuver
The 4x in the packing bag is about a puffy 8x8x4 inches

The only thing is that you have to watch the zipper because it will get stuck getting jammed up by extra material that gets in the way of the zipper
