The boots are completely flat insideno arch support at all and while they are not rock hard there is no real cushion

I am using these for my winter walking bootsi walk every day for 30 minutesme and my dog walk to the park and then we offroad for about 1015 minutes or so in the snow and then back to pavement

All in all these boots are awesome except for two things theres no loop on the back of the boot to help you pull it onto your foot and the other thing is the way the boot laces dont come all the way open you cant open the boot completely to get your foot in it
