The rest of the cooler seems to be decent quality but pretty irritated to find this issue after the return product window closed. Haven’t been able to open it at all.

I have purchased about everything rtic has made and had no reason to change until i lost my small cooler on the golf course

The rtic cooler had been updated and i wasnt impressed with the newer style and customers still complained about the zippers
