The push pull configurations of the fans make cooling great. On the downside they can get a bit noisy, but imo the cooling performance versus audio levels is a good trade off. Attach the brackets to the heatsink before mounting.
The standoffs for amd are the ones with the single notch. You need to use the four short bolts (the end with the thicker threads screw into the am4 backplate. The thinner threads are used to secure the air cooler.
It's whisper silent at idle, and the fans increase to a respectable gentle windrush when stressed. Very quiet under regular load but does get louder in prime95. Cooler performs extremely well, very quiet and keeps temperatures below 65c.
It also looks fantastic and the white version subtly bounces back rgb you have installed perfectly! Good build quality. Very impressed by this coolers looks, performance and fittment.
Cons
The clips are flimsy and bend easily, they also easily pop out of the tiny holes on the heatsink. My gigabyte board comes with a standard backplate but this doesn't attach securely to it. The clip isn't tight enough.

Price
This is an amazing cooler for a relatively low price
The price also makes the best pricetoperformance component i have ever bought
Packaging/appearance
The thinner threads are used to secure the air cooler via nuts to the am4 backplate
You need to use the four short bolts the end with the thicker threads screw into the am4 backplate
My only gripe is that the installation was a bit difficult and scanning the boxs qr code gave out of date instructions
Competitiveness
I bought this to replace the arctic alpine 23 that came with a prebuild ryzen 3600 rtx 3060ti micro atx pc
Slightly higher price than it was at launch but since this cooler is performing similar to much more expensive aios its still great value
Tbh it was vague and did not clarify which screwsbolts you need to use for an am4 platform
I would say its q competition for noctua

You must use your original amd backplate the ones that come with the the cooler is not compatible with amd for some bizarre reason
