Pros

Customer service is astoundingly responsive and kind. The dye is true to its advertised color and also smells nice- kind of fruity instead of typical chemical smells. Super easy to use and smells good.

The color is so vibrant. I am just shocked how fantastic this dye is. The colour is definitely aptly named. Great vibrant color.

Cons

Not even a pink tint. Don't waste your time get a different pastel purple from another company. With most color depositing dyes i can go 3 to 4 weeks without needing to re-tint, this brand washes out in less than a week.

What it did is absolutely foul. Will not be buying again" "not happy. Returning the product. Going back to permanent.

Color washes out fast and very leaky! Unfortunately, that means it is messy when applying. But the date is just layered onto the hair. I use luke warm water and the right shampoo but for $20 a bottle i expected it to work a bit better.

So pleased with how easy vibrant and smells so good

Medium brown hair bleached and then dyed and last 4 weeks before a touch up is needed

Used a 20vol developer and an aluminum foil cap and left it on for about an hour
