Pros & Cons
Pros
Fan runs very quiet. Has good airflow and isn't too loud. It's pretty much silent at low and mid rpm's, and a gentle whoosh at full speed.

If your motherboard has a 4-pin fan connector, you probably need a pwm fan. The fans have a smart control header which goes to another fan header on your motherboard. Used this in an old pc case.
Fan adds a big boost to the overall case circulation. Easy to install and works as advertised.
Cons
Likely a pc bios issue but fyi.
