Build is not as good as noctua but i would rate it as 2nd to the noctua fans that i own

When i had these installed as intake fans the only noise i could hear was the silent hum or whistling of air being pushed through the case could not hear any mechanical noise coming from the fans

I have since moved them to the rear and top of my case as exhaust fans where they happen to run at a lower rpm and the machine operates at a silent home

Most time when you do first powerup units mostly always producing some fan noises on default bios settings because power saving options not yet turned on by an os andor not set yet trough bios settings
