Pros

The cord seems sturdy enough to withstand some good yanks. Shipped as promised as well.

Tried with both an iphone se and samsung s-10 phone. It duplicates stereo audio to 2 pairs headphones - perfect for watching movies on an ipad on the plane. You can plug your mic or speaker into either jack and it will work.

Toddlers use this when one of their tablets needs to be charged. I have my children use headphones to avoid distracting each other. Cross-play is scarce in gaming and i'm using this for dead by daylight with a pc friend.

Cons

This cable picks up lots of extraneous noise. Volume for microphone is poor quality with pops and hisses only through splitter. Headphone use is fine but microphone on one side with headphone on other side not work well.

As one other commenter mentioned, you have to pull this splitter out a millimeter or so for it to work. I was misled and am not happy.
