Pros

These pads are sticky and removable. They will move eventually so i have to reset them but its ok. They have plastic on the back where the adhesive is.

I have to wear flats all the time and i have a problem with my heel constantly slipping out. The stress of no arches on my ankles is brutal! Especially it helps the heel * the foot pain.

These arch support are thicker than i thought and sturdy as well. They provide just enough arch support, and they stick wonderfully to the shoe insole.

These are perfect! Love love love them! Cant live without them! It’s really works. They are great.

Cons

For me, they are too short - and don't truly fill the arch area. You just can't find the proper placement in your shoes to make them feel good. Emailed the company didn’t hear anything back.
