The only negative thing is that it is so soft that it slides down my breasts so i would absolutely have to wear tape to keep myself covered if i were to wear it out of the house

Im about 195lbs 56 and i ordered an xl fit perfectly even if the body is a little on the short side for my torso which is already sorta short
