Looking over the pigment manufacturers website they mentioned that to hold the color when dry the concrete needs to be specially sealed

Unfortunately amazon deleted the before picture but it looked very faded almost a light tan in color and only looked like this when it was brand new or when it was wet after a rain storm

After power washing and letting dry 24 hours i applied the first coat which immediately soaked in and darkened the stones a little the color did not show very much the stones being very porous

On day 2 i applied the second coat it still soaked in but this time the color showed
