Very well made. Design very sleek and good material. Perfect size for my fluval spec 2.
Cons
Very disappointing. They have 0 ethics and will hurt all their customers for a little extra cash. The moral of the story junk is junk.
The heater melted towards the bottom, but must have gotten hot enough to melt the heater suction cup holder. Had to return tbis heater twice. The heating element rattled inside the tube.

This heater works like it should looks like good quality
Im not implying that it was defective just that it isnt what i would call a ruggedized product

I have had the 300w running on my tank for a year now with no issues whatsoever and this 200w on my other tank for 3 months now

If it would have been most any other heater my stupidity probably would have caused the death of our beloved pets and the loss of our home

Ironically they all come with a limited life time warranty which ive never had to use

I do know someone who had one of these quit on him after five years luckily without any losses thankfully he had an audible temperature alarm

Anyway not having the receipt he called them to explain what happened all they asked was he send it in for inspection and theyd be replacing the heater free of charge which they did

Im sure the people whove had problems with these recieved heaters that were tossed around and or dropped in a warehouse or on the truck they were shipped in

However i cant get the holder to stick in my tank at all and i dont want to superglue it so ive coped in other ways but am kinda disappointed in that

I have mine set to 79f but my 2 thermometers indicate 74f and 76f

Maybe a few degrees off is a normal error rate
