Pros
They were first being used as powerheads for my undergravel filter in a cichlid tank for a year. More than happy with this pump for quietness and water flow. They keep our tank nice and clean with the under gravel filters.
Adequate for midium size tanks (50-75 g) it has more than enough flow for my 55 gallon. More than adequate for my 20-gallon fish tank. Great at mixing salt in the 32g bins.
Cons
Once the water level goes a bit below the top of the outlet nozzle, it stops pumping and heats up. Simply a product of terrible quality.

I bought this and compared it with the super sunsun jvp022 aqua power head pump 158 gph
You wont do better ive tried most brands in 20 years and this is the best
Both are rated similar but i think the aquatop is a little more powerful for water flow

It hooks straight onto the sponge filter with a little force

The flow was too strong for my 20l so i used a small intake sponge also aquarium coop and a zip tie to diffuse the flow

Great water flow but it missed the air intake regulator i had to use a tie to reduce the air bubbles hope the vendor can
