The on/off button feature is great and works easy. The palm shut off switch is a big bonus! Its alot quieter than my regular shower nozzle. Has a clicker on spray for extra control of flow.
It hooks up easily, has a slick adaptor that changes the flow from your shower to your aquapaws. But installing the shower adapter is quick and painless with the instructions.
Cons
The shower adapter is made of plastic and looks and feels flimsy. It is clearly not the aquapaw and i'm very unhappy. I am all for saving money and buying quality brands but this one is a miss.

I think it is because this tool is quiet you hold it close to their body like a brush and the water comes out at a low gentle pressure and from a small amount of holes thats a very good thing as some dogs get scared from the sound of running water

I also bought the aquapaw slow treater to distract her but my pup is so calm in the tub now thanks to how gentle this shower tool is shes not even interested in the licking pad

Caveat i liked this so much i also bought one to install at my mom’s house for when my pup and i are there and ive had the same problem with both whenever i turn on the dog shower the water suddenly turns either very cold at my place or very hot at my mom’s place for about 5 to 10 seconds

So whenever i turn it on i always make sure to let the water run for a few seconds away from my dog till it goes back to the right temperature
