Pros

Nicely packaged, arrived in great condition. Most name brand faucets are super expensive. Came in good packaging and works great. An affordable upgrade very nice!

Faucet comes with filters on the hoses that come with it. Need to know if your sink is non-overflow or overflow style. One cat now refuses to drink water any other way, because this faucet is just a fun little novelty for him now.

Looks beautiful & modern. Looks amazing on the bathroom vanity. I have two of these, and i would have rated them perfect if they had a spot-resistant clear coat.

Cons

Loved them at first. Really disappointed. Not the best choice for everyday use. Returned for this reason. Secondly, since their return window is so short i could not even return it.

Cold water line in one of the faucets is rusty. Water splashes everywhere because they are so tall.
