Cons

Only lasted about 8 months. There's a leak that comes out of the bottom of the shower head. Leaked no matter how it was installed.

This is not worth the money, unless you don't mind the fact that it only lasts a few months. Chintzy construction. Very disappointed buyer.

The pivot angle is the deal-breaker. No flat on pivot ball connection to help tighten on shower arm. Supposed to have a brushed nickel finish. The finish is not even close to brushed nickel.

My only concern when we received the product was the box was not safely sealed however all was good inside the nice box it came in

This is much cheaper and better than most of the shower heads you find at the local big box stores
